Include the app version, operating-system version, affected screen, reproduction steps, and error time. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, original receipts, record photos, or other sensitive information.

Account and data requests

Account deletion starts in app settings after the deletion scope is shown. Resetting records or deleting one photo is different from deleting the account, so confirm the requested action first.

Account deletion removes identity, meal detail, and photo-analysis results. De-identified reward and purchase ledgers and minimal linkage may remain when needed for fraud prevention, transaction evidence, and legal obligations.

Food name, calories, and optional nutrition values can be changed in record editing. A local record photo and its numeric record can be deleted independently. If deletion does not complete or data unexpectedly returns, report the account type and time of the issue.

Photo analysis, ads, and purchases

Photo analysis is optional. Check the provider and purpose shown in the app, consent only when you want to send an analysis copy, and edit the estimate before saving. Manual entry remains available, and a saved local record photo can be managed separately from its numeric record.

Rewarded ads may be unavailable by region or inventory. Monthly and yearly Plus remove ads and provide 90 photo analyses per month; Unlimited Plus is a one-time purchase that removes ads and provides unlimited photo analysis. If Plus or a legacy permanent remove-ads entitlement is missing, first restore purchases with the same marketplace account; use that marketplace's refund process for a duplicate charge.

Report an inappropriate ad

Include the app version, screen, approximate time, and a short description of the ad or advertiser. A screenshot is optional. Do not tap a suspicious ad just to identify it, and do not include passwords, tokens, receipts, meal photos, or other sensitive information.

CaloClaw reviews reports and updates AdMob category blocks and advertiser controls when appropriate, but cannot promise that every ad can be screened before display.
